IMPERIAL DECREE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Samrajyam MC server, website, or Discord, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Imperial Decrees. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are hereby forbidden from accessing the kingdom's gates.

2. Code of Conduct

Citizens of the Empire are expected to maintain honor. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Using forbidden sorcery (hacking, exploits, or third-party clients providing unfair advantages).
• Disrespecting the Royal Court (staff members) or fellow citizens.
• Engaging in toxicity, hate speech, or harassment.
• Griefing or theft in non-designated conflict zones.

3. Virtual Goods & Store

Purchases made in the Imperial Shop are considered "donations" to support the realm's upkeep. In exchange, you receive virtual perks. Please note:

• All sales are final. No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
• Chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Imperial territories.
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the safety of your Minecraft account. Any actions taken from your account, whether by you or a third party, are your responsibility. "My brother used my account" is not a valid defense in the eyes of the Royal Court.

5. Right to Exile

The Royal Court (Admin Team) reserves the absolute right to exile (ban) any user from the server at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed harmful to the health of the Empire.
